Choreography

From teaching classes at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway, to showcasing work at different choreography showcases, Adam hopes to bring big ideas to film and stage.

Works In Progress

internal weather.png

internal weather is a contemporary dance work created by Adam Wedesky exploring how emotional states live, shift, and take form within the body.

Blending ensemble choreography, somatic research, and an electronic soundscape, the piece follows a central figure moving through a landscape of internal voices, impulses, and sensation. The ensemble becomes both environment and embodiment — at times surrounding, interrupting, and echoing the inner experience as it unfolds.

Rather than a linear narrative, internal weather moves through changing conditions. Thought becomes texture, sensation becomes rhythm, and the body becomes the site where disruption and integration meet. The work explores how anxiety, memory, and feeling are carried physically — and how those internal climates can be shared, translated, and witnessed in motion.

The first 30-minute iteration of internal weather premiered at Arts On Site on February 26, 2026. The project is currently in development toward an evening-length work, expanding through improvisational research and continued choreographic exploration.
